Keep track of your workouts.

Define your own exercises or choose from a list of presets, setting properties such as time, distance, weight, number of reps, etc. Plan your workouts in advance or simply log them as you go, then examine your progress with plots. Check off each exercise as “done” as you progress through your workout.

- NO endless list of exercises you’ll never do. We give you some basics to get you started, but it’s up to YOU to enter the exercises you REALLY do.
